Filter to quotes that have a Follow-up date of today or in the future. Or filter to those quotes that have an open CRM message from the customer.
The following filters are possible:
1. Today only - filters on those quotes with a Follow-up date of today
2. Today and Future - filters on those quotes with a Follow-up date of today or with a future date
3. Message Actions - filters on quotes with an open CRM message status e.g. customer waits for an answer.
