The custom form request is, technically speaking, a product which should be added to your Magento catalog upon Cart2Quote module installation. This forum will guide you through the steps to create the required product and get your custom request form up and running.
Prerequisites: Cart2Quote version 2.2.3+ for Magento 2.
Step 1:
Navigate to your Magento Catalog and select "Virtual Product" in the "Add Product" dropdown:
Step 2:
Set product name: Custom Request Form
Set product SKU: custom-request-form
Set price (required by magento)
Step 3:
Click on "Advanced Inventory"
Disable the config settings, and set "Manage Stock" to "No":
Step 4.
Scroll down to "Customisable Options"
And add the custom fields which you require on your form
Step 5.
Scroll to the top and click "Save".
