CRM Ticketing System: Email templates
Store admin can easily revise, edit, and manage E-mail templates from within the configuration and settings. The E-mails are customizable and are automatically generated by Cart2Quote's Supportdesk. E-mail templates can also be easily managed and modified by using Magento's default E-mail template manager.
