Proposal Feature: Add custom shipping prices
Allow your customers to submit a quote request, which you can send back to them including a custom shipping price. Customers can approve the quote including the custom shipping price and continue completing the order via the regular Magento checkout. Or alternatively the store-owner can complete the purchase via the Magento backend and create the invoice for the customer.
