Amasty Onepage Checkout compatability

How to install the fix:

1. Create app/code/Cart2Quote folder if it doesn't exist already.

2. Unzip the file into the Cart2Quote folder.

3. Set store in developer mode.

4. Run "php bin/magento setup:upgrade"

5. Return store to production mode.
