Are you not interested in offering your customers an "accept quote" alternative? No problem. But if you would like to offer your customers more control over their quotation request flow process, granting a more interactive Request For Quote workflow: enable the "reject quote" feature.
Enable via the Cart2Quote Configuration in: Advanced Options -> Proposal Configuration::
This will enable a "reject quote" button on the quotation view page on the frontend. Before confirming the quotation rejection, the customer is offered an option to include a reason for rejecting the quotation.
The reason given for rejecting the quotation is sent to the Sales Team and included in the proposal rejected email template:
It is then expected that the Sales Team adjust the quotation accordingly and resubmit the same quotation.
